Your Orlando Spring Maintenance List

​Spring is here, which means great weather and the hope for summer. But Spring also means that it is time to get working on your Spring maintenance list. So what are some things to make sure you add to your maintenance list?

1. Spring usually means more rain. So be sure to clean your gutters. It is even good to run a hose through them for a short period to make sure that they drain properly.
   
2. It is also time trim the hedges and take care of yard work. Remember to keep bushes and vegetation at least 18 inches away from your home.
   
3. Because the days are warmer, but not too hot, it is a good time to stain decks and do other exterior painting projects.
   
4. Take the time to go over your home and see if there are any repairs that need to be made before they get too large.
