Do you need a stucco inspection in Orlando? Most people don't even think about that question, but if you have stucco on your home you can have some of the most expensive defects hiding below that stucco. Does a home inspection cover stucco? To a very limited degree it does. Some stucco aspects can be inspected. For example weep screeds, head flashing, visible expansion joints, and the very important kick out flashing. But there are issues that hide under stucco and in certain areas that need a certified stucco inspector to find. Moisture that gets behind stucco has very little ability to escape if the stucco was not done properly - or even if it was. This can cause unseen moisture damage and mold. Repairs from a stucco failure can cost tens of thousands of dollars. We are certified stucco inspectors and specialize in Central Florida homes. So contact us today and we will be happy to fully inspect your stucco home!

I never knew that if the stucco was not done correctly, the moisture that gets behind stucco has a little capacity to escape. A couple of days ago, my mother told me that she wants to have a stucco inspection to gather information about the things that need essential repairs to prevent unnecessary rehabilitation that may cost expensive, and she asked if I had any idea what would be the best option to do. Thanks to this instructive article, I'll be sure to tell her that I will consult a trusted stucco inspection service as they can provide more information about the inspection process.
