We provide drone inspections here in Orlando Florida and all the surrounding areas. But why would you want to choose someone who does drone inspections? Here are a few reasons why. First of all, let me make it clear that a drone does not replace the eyes, ears, and hands of the home inspector. I firmly believe that as a home inspector it is my duty to crawl on, in, or under everything that I possibly can. But at the same time a drone can really supplement what a home inspector can do. Just take a look at our home page. As you can see the drone helps us to get an overall view of what we are inspecting and gives us a broader picture. And it is that word "supplement" that we focus on. Just as nutritional supplements fill in the gaps in our diet, so drones fill in some gaps in a home inspection. Consider this scenario: We have a tiled roof (which I walk on at all possible times) but the roof is heavily damaged. The seller disclosed it already and you know about it going into the transaction. But the roof is so bad that it can't be walked on. There may be a chimney, a chase, a roof framing member, or something else up there that you have a questions on. Or maybe you just really want to know the full extent of the damage. Well, that's where a drone comes in. Without a drone, that roof would likely not be able to be inspected fully. Remote image capturing (drone inspections) has become a standard here at Hero Home Inspections. We take pride in our work and We want to give you the very best home inspection every time.
