When it comes to what is going on with COVID-19 nowadays, it is nothing short of historical what is going on right now. In our day and age where medicine has never been more advanced, we are having an epidemic of mass proportions.
But The World Health Organization, the CDC, and others have given us clear direction on the primary things we can do to help prevent the spread of this disease - and a lot of it comes down to cleanliness. While we are not doctors, there are some basic things that they have helped us to understand so far.
First of all - wash our hands. Washing our hands is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We should also not touch out eyes, nose, or mouth without washing our hands first with warm soapy water.
Also, the CDC has said that wearing a mask - even a homemade one - can help in preventing the spread. In addition, wearing disposable gloves is important too.
The best thing we can all do at the moment is stay at home. So stay safe out there.
