Inspection appointments are one-time, fixed appointments that are blocked off for the day and time agreed upon. If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we respectfully request at least 48-hour notice.
- A fee, equivalent to 50% of the Inspection Fee, will apply for any request or need for an additional property visit ($250 minimum)
- A fee, equivalent to 50% of the Inspection Fee, will result from any appointment cancellation or reschedule within 48-hours of the appointment
- A fee, equivalent to 100% of the Inspection Fee, will result from any appointment cancellation or reschedule within 24-hours of the appointment
