Problems with EIFS/Stucco on residential and commercial buildings are prolific throughout Central Florida. After encountering many buildings with poor stucco applications during home inspections, Mike began researching specialized stucco inspectors in the local area to recommend to buyers. Through research, it was discovered that Exterior Design Institute, the leading organization for stucco inspectors, did not have any qualified inspectors in Central Florida. Therefore, Mike enrolled in and completed EDI's extensive training program.

Mike's main objective in earning EDI's Certification in EIFS/Stucco Inspections and Moisture Analysis, is to protect homebuyers that are making such large purchases. A home inspector may spot problems during a home inspection, but an EDI Certified Stucco Inspector understands the science behind the problem.
